The public can channel their feedback and complaints through our toll-free Talian Indahkan Malaysia (1800 – 88 – 7472), which is operational from 8am to 8pm, Monday to Sunday including public holidays. Our client charter ensures that we will respond to any customer complaint not more than two working days from receipt of complaint, on the measures taken or to be taken on the complaint made.
